Addilyn and Ella are 11 weeks old today. Addilyn is up to 9 pounds 11 ounces and Ella is weighing in at 9 pounds 0.5 ounces. They are really starting to grow! Both of them have discovered their hands and work diligently to suck their thumbs. Fortunately, neither of them have discovered how to make their thumb stick out! Instead, they both just suck the top of their thumbs. It's funny to watch!
Ella is finally smiling at us. She has dimples on either side of her top lip. It's weird that it's not her cheeks that have them. Ella ooohs at us. It makes me laugh. Her little voice is so cute! I will post video of her ooohing at me this morning. Addilyn is still smiling up a storm. She coos at us but doesn't mimic any of the noises we make. Addi is still fighting baby acne. She clears up for a few days and then breaks back out for a few days. Her pediatrician said it will resolve by about 4-6 months.
The girls have been consistently sleeping through the night the last week. If we make sure we feed them closer to midnight then they will sleep until about 7:00 a.m. It is wonderful to finally start getting some sleep again!

I can't believe how they are maturing. They no longer look like fragile infants, they are now babies.
Those videos are great! The girls are growing fast. Aren't baby smiles the best? Just wait until one of them laughs. I still wish I lived closer so I could hold them. They are adorable!
